AboutI have been working as a personal trainer since 2010. After a few years in the industry I decided to focusing my training with females who wanted results. Until fairly recently a lot of females were scared of weight training in case of 'getting bulky' this is not the case! Through my programming I will have weight training as a main focus for everyone I train and aim to educate everyone on nutrition and basic habit changes instead of just throwing a cookie cutter plan at them that can be used by everyone!
Nutrition is also a big part of what I do. You will not see any generic food plans from me! Together we will set small habits and goals to allow you to continue to eat your favourite foods whilst still getting results. I understand that everyone approaches their goals differently, so this is what we will do. Before starting any work together we will discuss everything in detail so that we can achieve the best possible results together. |
